Dear colleagues,My tenure at the Hilton Boston/Dedham is coming to an end. I would like to commend this top team for all their hard work and dedication here at the Hilton Boston/Dedham and TPG Hotels & Resorts. It was a true pleasure working alongside such professionals for the past few months and to witness from the front line their nonstop determination and commitment to their goals and objectives.Regardless of the challenges we had over the past 3 months, the hotel team has evolved a lot since the beginning of the year. The team is now better and stronger. They all are now up to speed and on pace, before the busy season. I wish the hotel and TPG Hotels & Resorts the best of luck not only maintaining highest excellence, but enhancing it further! Good luck and I look forward to witness your successes over the year, this time as your ex-colleague and an alumnus.And if I'm in a good mood tomorrow at my check out, I might fill out the GSS survey with 4/5, because what I would like this great team to take away from me is that there's always a room for improvement.
